Off Season Training
All off-season training opportunities are optional. They are designed to ensure that you become better soccer players and better athletes. Your attendance is desired to at least half of the activities provided. Each activity will be assigned a certain amount of points based on time commitment. Players should try to receive at least half of the points made available.
Example: Between this fall to next fall the following activities may be provided. Players would have the chance to earn 38 points. They would only need 19, so if they made all of their checkpoint goals, attended Team Camp, and played in summer league, then they would have 20 points. That would make them eligible to start the scrimmage and/or not have their playing time decreased.
Example Activities:
Indoor league, 2 sessions = 6 points
2 Indoor tournaments= 2 points
Open gym indoor soccer= 5 points
Strength and Conditioning= 5 points
Checkpoint exam= 10 points
Team Camp= 5 points
Summer League= 5 points
Total Points= 38 points
Points to Earn= 19 points
